A pile of laundry on the floor isn’t the best place to hide a felon if you want to get “Wisk”ed out and put in the “Spin Cycle” by State Police.
On Saturday February 22, 2020 at approximately 6:15 PM, 33 Year old Dallas Czyzewski who is a wanted felon, was found hiding under a pile of clothes behind a bed in a bedroom of a house that he is banned to be at. State Police gave him numerous verbal commands to present himself, where he resisted. Czyzewski eventually stood up and was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested for Violation of a Protective order and Interfering with an officer. Czyzewski was taken to Troop E Montville and processed on the felony warrant and this event as well. He was held on a combined bond of $100,000 and was unable to post bail. Czyzewski was then taken to Corrigan Correctional Institute where he was arraigned on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 9:00 AM.
Additional arrests were made during this same incident where 33 year old Crystal Czyzewski of Jewett City and 29 year old Brittany Jones of Baltic attempted to conceal Dallas Czyzewski from State Troopers within the residence on Slater Ave. Both women were taken into custody and charged with Hindering Prosecution and taken to Troop E Montville as well. Both were released on a $1,000 bond and due in court on March 12, 2020.
Crystal Czyzewski is the individual that holds the protective order against Dallas Czyzewski, which she was trying to conceal.
