It’s changing again… we think. The Griswold Public Schools re-open plan is seemingly changing again. If you just happen to go over to the Griswold Board of Education web site and click on the re-open plan for the town, it doesn’t go anywhere. They links, as of right now have been taken down which means there are going to be more updates to the plan, or maybe completely revamped… all one week before the official start of school. School bus routes have yet to be announced as well.
Last week, Plainfield announced they were going to start school with a hybrid model for one week then move to full distance learning for a period of 30 days. It’s not positive what Griswold is going to roll out in their “Version 3.0” re-open plan nor is there speculation that they will practice the same model as Plainfield. SNSN Internet Radio will continue to follow this story as it is going to rapidly develop.
Superintendent Sean Mckenna responded to a request of questions before 1:00 PM on Tuesday stating that the link to the new re-open plan was due to some technical issues, and is not operational. There isn’t a lot of difference between the 2.0 Hybrid model and what has been changed or modified.
