Unruly Female Arrested For Breach Decides to Kick Out Police Cruiser Windshield in the Process

On 2/2/17 at approx. 9:10 p.m. troopers from Troop K – Colchester were dispatched to 47 Main St. Hebron for a reported unruly female who was yelling and being disruptive. The female, Sara Seagrave, left the area prior to trooper’s arrival and no one wished to press charges. On 2/2/17 at approx. 10:20 p.m. Seagrave returned and again became disruptive, and pushed a male, who was not injured. Seagrave was taken into custody and placed in the front seat of a state police cruiser. After being seated in the cruiser for a few minutes, Seagrave kicked the windshield smashing it. She was not injured.
