On 09/15/17 at approximately 1:35 PM while conducting active and aggressive patrols of areas in which the Plainfield Police Department has received complaints of possible drug and/or suspicious activity, a member of the Plainfield Police Department observed what he believed to be a drug transaction involving three individuals. The incident occurred on Barber Hill Rd near the paved portion of the walking trail that runs from Barber Hill to River St in Moosup.
