The Uncas Health District COVID Vaccination Clinic being held at the Rose City Senior Center in Norwich, CT on Friday, February 19, 2021 is being re-scheduled to Saturday, February 20, 2021 due to anticipated weather conditions. The time of the clinic will remain 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM and all Friday appointments will be honored as scheduled at the Saturday clinic.
Patrick McCormack, Director of Health at the Uncas Health District added, “We apologize for the inconvenience. Uncas Health District staff members will be emailing and calling those individuals with appointments.”
Uncas Health District – UHD – serves as the local health department for Bozrah, Franklin, Griswold, Lebanon, Lisbon, Montville, Norwich, Preston, Salem, Sprague, and Voluntown Connecticut. As a health district, formed under Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a241, UHD is a special unit of government, allowing member municipalities to provide comprehensive public health services to residents.
