On February 23rd, 2020, Troopers responded to a vandalism complaint at the Quinebaug Valley Emergency Communications Center located at 1249 Hartford Pike, East Killingly, CT. State Troopers conducted an investigation and discovered that a late 90’s Ford F-150 (or similar truck) that was blue in color with white stripes on both sides had entered the freshly paved parking lot and began driving recklessly by doing “burnouts” and “donuts”. These reckless driving maneuvers caused significant damage to the parking lot and ruined the painted parking lines and handicap markings on the pavement. Troopers are asking the public to view the attached surveillance photographs of the truck and are urged to contact Troop D if anyone recognizes the vehicle, knows who owns it or has any information regarding this incident.

Any information can be reported to Trooper Gookin at joseph.gookin@ct.gov or contact Troop D at 860-779-4900. As always, all tips will remain confidential.
