The question of whether or not fall sports is going to commence with a schedule in Connecticut High Schools has still yet to be announced, but it does seem to be getting closer

Mike Dimauro of the New London Day reported on Tuesday that there is a tentative fall plan which would start with athlete conditioning in late August and practices to begin around September 12.  Games should start by September 25.  Most, or all of the games will be on the weekend.  You probably won’t see any interstate games, all games will be regional.

This will be a shorter season with state tournaments in early November.  There will probably be no Thanksgiving Day football in 2020.

The full announcement will be coming on August 3rd from the CIAC
