State and Local Police Asking Public Assistance in Locating Moosup Fugitive

The Plainfield Police Department and Connecticut State Police Troop D are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Isaiah Snell, 24, formerly of Moosup, CT.

Snell currently has multiple active arrest warrants for two counts of felony Violation of Probation and one count of Failure to Respond to an Infraction. Snell is described as a black male approximately 6’3, 200 Lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.

These arrest warrants originate from charges for Burglary 3rd Degree, Sale of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
