Learning to save a life is a pretty important skill to have, especially in a global pandemic. According to Miranda Mahoney of Griswold Pride, she stated in an email that they have seen a huge increase in the need for mental health services as well in the number of overdoes.
SERAC (Supporting and Engaging Resources for Action and Change) is offering free virtual trainings on QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer), with a NARCAN training immediately following. Attendees will also receive a free NARCAN kit as a result of your training and a certificate that you took the training.
