Rt 201 Accident Takes Down a Pole

On Saturday 2/25/17 around 12pm a report of a car accident came in. The accident occurred on Route 201 near the vicinity of 740 Hopeville Rd. According to Griswold fire chief, Tom Holowaty, it was a single car accident with one person transported via American Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. There were wires across the road, and according to Chief Holowaty, the pole will need to be replaced. We will update as new information comes in.
