Residents Suffer From Car Break-Ins and Auto Theft During Early Morning Hours

Connecticut State Police, Troop E Montville is reporting that a 2015 Dodge Durango was stolen from a residence in Griswold on Friday April 24th at approximately 3:30 AM. State Police say that cars were broken into on Edmond Rd, Leha Ave, and Lake St. The Dodge Durango bearing Connecticut 412-ZYN has numerous stickers on it including an American flag with a green stripe, Harley Davidson sticker, and Ronald Reagan campaign sticker. The suspects (pictured) also used stolen credit cards to purchase gas in Hartford as well a McDonalds Restaurant in Fairfield.
