Raise Likely for Killingly Town Manager

The Killingly town council met on Tuesday to review town manager Sean Henricks performance over the past two years. Hendrick’s received high marks from the council who outlined recommendations on what areas can use improvement moving forward.
As town manager, Hendricks works on the budget process for the town as well as other financial matters. Hendricks was instrumental is cost-cutting measures that allowed the general government budget to pass on the first vote during each of his first two years on the job. Economic development is an area the council would like to see more of a focus on. Hendricks who has an open door policy, is well liked around town, at the town hall, the community center and the library.
As a result of the executive session of the town council, they are prepared to award a raise to Hendricks. His current salary is $125,000 per year.
