Quality of Life Task Force State Troopers Make Narcotics Arrest in Danielson

On Tuesday, 02/13/2018 at approximately 5:40 pm, members of the Troop D – Quality of Life Task Force and SNTF-E conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle for several motor vehicle violations on Water Street in Danielson. QLTF Troopers approached the vehicle and interviewed the driver. During the interview, consent to search the vehicle was requested and granted. Troopers subsequently located crack cocaine and marijuana. 31 year old Joshua Malboeuf (w/m 07/24/1986) of Brooklyn was arrested and transported to Troop D. Malboeuf was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana (Less than a ½ ounce). Malboeuf was later released on a $2,500 non/surety bond and is to appear in Danielson Superior Court on 02/27/2018 for the above charges. A written warning was issued for the motor vehicle violations.
