Superior Court stemming from a vicious dog attack to a home health care worker from Canterbury. Allen was offered a plea deal but opted to go to trial. Now, she faces up to one year in prison where she would have only received 30 days. Allen was found guilty of 1st and 2nd degree reckless endangerment as well as other charges.
