On November 18, 2020 at approximately 12:37 PM, members of the Plainfield Police Department along with members of the American Legion Ambulance and Plainfield Fire Department responded to 75 Canterbury Road in Plainfield for a one car motor vehicle collision.
Through investigation, it was determined that a 2007 Subaru Impreza operated by 20 year old Sophia D’anna, age 20 of Plainfield, was traveling westbound on Canterbury Road when she crossed over the double yellow line, across the eastbound lane, and onto the shoulder of the eastbound lane before striking a telephone pole.
