Plainfield Narcotics Arrest

pfiels As part of the ongoing effort of the Plainfield Police Department to combat illicit narcotics sales within the Town of Plainfield, members of the Plainfield Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of McDonalds, 796 Norwich Rd, at approximately 1:52 PM on 03/02/16.

The motor vehicle stop was a result of an investigation that was initiated as result of this ongoing effort. The motor vehicle stop resulted in the seizure of more than 100 bags of heroin prepackaged for sale in addition to suboxone. The operator of the vehicle, Chelsea Conrad (age 28) of Plainfield, CT was subsequently arrested for two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a narcotic not in its original container. Conrad was issued a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on 03/14/16.
