Plainfield Man With Existing Warrants Arrested For Heroin Possession

On 09/17/2018 at approximately 9:48 pm, members of the Troop D – Quality of Life Task Force conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu after Troopers spotted 31 year old Shane Ingelsby of  Plainfield in the vehicle. Troopers recognized Ingelsby and knew he had an active arrest warrant for Violation of Probation. QLTF Troopers approached the vehicle and placed Ingelsby under arrest. During the arrest, Troopers located numerous wax paper bags of heroin. Ingelsby was transported to Troop D charged with Possession of Heroin and Violation of Probation. Ingelsby was held on a $25,000 cash/surety bond and is to appear in Danielson Superior Court on 09/18/2018 for the above charges. Plainfield Police assisted Troopers with this arrest.
