On December 18, 2020 at approximately 2:30 P.M., Officers from the Plainfield Police Department along with Plainfield Fire Department and American Legion Ambulance responded to a one car versus utility pole motor vehicle crash in the area off Pickett Road and Oak Drive in Plainfield, CT.
A 1996 Honda Accord operated by 27 year old, Dustin Wilczek, of Central Village was traveling westbound on Pickett Road when it went off the roadway to the right and struck a utility pole. The collision caused the utility pole to partially snap.
Wilczek was transported to Plainfield Backus Emergency Department with possible injuries.
