Norwich Police Investigating Hit and Run From Local Mini Mart

The Norwich Police Department is investigating a hit and run motor vehicle accident that occurred on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at approximately 3:36 PM at the H&T Mini Mart located at 760 North Main Street. The vehicle that left the scene is a blue Honda Element SUV. Officer Cannata is attempting to locate the vehicle and identify/locate/make contact with the unknown male operator.
