Norwich Detectives Arrest Taftville Man with 400 Bags of Fentanyl

Luis “Louie” Munoz of 12 1/2 Terrace Ave in Taftville, Ct was arrested after members of the Detective and Patrol Division executed a search and seizure warrant on his apartment.

As a result over $3,000 in cash was seized along with 400 bags of fentanyl, two vehicles, two motorcycles, and a secret container installed inside of a wall.

Munoz was held on a $250,000 cash/surety bond and issued a court date of 6/13.
