Troopers from the Troop D-Danielson Quality of Life Task Force (QLTF), the Killingly Resident Trooper’s Office, the Brooklyn Resident Trooper’s Office, and the Statewide Narcotics Task Force (SNTF) – East Office arrested two after executing two narcotics related Search and Seizure warrants. On January 7, 2016 at approximately 6:25 p.m., Troopers executed two Search and Seizure warrants at 32 Cottage Street apt. H in Killingly, CT. The search warrants were issued as part of an on-going crack cocaine trafficking investigation. Through the course of the investigation, Troopers identified Dwayne Wiggins as actively utilizing the residence in order to store, process, and sell crack cocaine. Troopers made entry into the residence where several individuals, including Wiggins, were located. During a systematic search of the residence, Troopers located and seized crack cocaine pre-packaged for sale, several Suboxone strips, approximately $1,000.00 in US currency and several items used to store, measure and sell illicit narcotics. Wiggins was arrested without incident and transported to Troop D where he was processed and held on bond pending his court date. Lisa Isabella, who was also located in the residence, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant and transported to Troop D where she was processed and held on bond pending her court date.

CHARGES: Possession of Narcotics Possession of Narcotics W/Intent to Sell Operation of a Drug Factory

BOND: $125,000 cash/surety

COURT DATE: Danielson Superior Court 1/8/16

ARRESTED #2: Lisa Isabella (dob 2/3/82) 32 Cottage Street apt. H Killingly, CT

CHARGES: Failure to Appear 1st Degree
