Narcotics Arrest Stems from Suspicious Vehicle

“On May 3, 2017 at around 10:30 AM, the Killingly Resident Troopers were dispatched to a bank located on Wauregan Road in Killingly. Troopers were sent to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the bank parking lot. During the course of the investigation, Troopers discovered that the operator of the vehicle, Kyle Woodmansee (DOB 2/13/1989) of Putnam, held two active arrest warrants. Woodmansee was also in possession of numerous bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Woodmansee was placed under arrest, transported to Troop D where he was processed and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and violation of probation. Woodmansee was held on a combined bond of $42,500 cash/surety and is to appear in Danielson Superior Court on May 4, 2017. The passenger in the car was identified as David Reeves (DOB 1/2/1987) of Willamantic. Reeves was found to be in possession of heroin/drug paraphernalia and was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. Reeves was transported back to Troop D where he was processed and released on a $1500 cash/surety bond and is to appear in Danielson Superior Court on May 17, 2017.”
