More Sentencing Handed Down In TJ Allen Murder Case

Todd Allen, the Sterling Teen that was brutally murdered in December of 2016. Kevin Weismore, the man convicted of murder was sentenced to 45 years on 2 separate counts, one being murder. There were 2 other men that were also arrested within this case, Dustin Warren and David Howard who did plead guilty to reckless endangerment and interfering with Police charges. However, both pleas were made NOLO CONTENDRE which means the accused doesn’t agree with the facts presented by the prosecution, but they don’t want to be found guilty if the case goes to trial. Because of the plea deal, the state dropped the felony charges against Warren and Howard and were sentenced to 2 years jail, but suspended after 19 days.
