On September 29, 2018 at approximately 8:47 P.M., members of the Plainfield Police Department responded to an apartment complex on Ward Avenue in Moosup, Connecticut, after receiving a report that Danielle Russ, 22, of 107 Ward Avenue was outside yelling and banging on doors causing a disturbance.

It should be noted that on May 14, 2018 and September 10, 2018 police responded to reports of similar incidents involving Russ for which she was placed under arrest and charged with Breach of Peace 2nd Degree.

Upon arriving in the area Officers located Russ a short distance away from the apartment complex. Russ appeared highly intoxicated and after speaking to numerous witnesses it was determined that Russ had been outside arguing with tenants, yelling, banging on doors, causing a disturbance and telling other tenants to call the police prior to leaving the scene on foot.

Russ was subsequently placed under arrest but refused to enter the cruiser. Russ was eventually placed in the cruiser and transported back to the Plainfield Police Department to be processed.

Danielle Russ was charged with Breach of Peace 2nd Degree and Interfering with Police. Russ was later released on a $2500.00 bond and is scheduled to appear at Danielson Superior Court, G.A. 11, on October 9, 2018 at 8:30 A.M.
