Man Arrested for Video Recording Girl Changing In the Bathroom

During an investigation by a Police Department involving 33 year old Jeremy Renaud, accusations of inappropriate behavior by RENAUD within the Town of Killingly was reported. Based on the location of the incident Connecticut State Police Troop D Danielson was notified and a Killingly Resident Trooper was assigned the investigation. A lengthy investigation was conducted which revealed that RENAUD had attempted to capture a video of a minor changing in a bathroom. Prior to undressing the minor located the cell phone, which was propped up and actively recording. An arrest warrant was applied for and granted by Danielson Superior Court. On 10/14/2018 RENAUD was taken into custody and charged with:

Risk of Injury to a Minor and Criminal Attempt of Voyeurism.

RENAUD was held on a $35,000 court set bond.
