Lisbon Juvenile Charged with Threatening at Marine Service School in Groton

On Oct 5th at approximately 9:05pm, Troop E was contacted by administrators at the Marine Service School in Groton.  School administrators informed state police about a threatening statement made by one of it’s students to another student.  An investigation was conducted by State Police, the US Coast Guard Police, as well as Groton City Police.  The investigation a juvenile suspect was identified and was located at a residence in Lisbon.  The investigation did determine that the suspect didn’t have the means to carry out what the threat was.  The juvenile was issued a juvenile summons for Threatening and 2nd Degree Harrassment.  The suspect’s name was withheld and has a court date of October 14, 2016
