Lamont Becomes Governor on Wednesday, Lanoue Assumes the 45th

Tomorrow is Wednesday, but it’s also the day that we will see the 89th governor of Ct get inaugurated as Ned Lamont takes office and Dan Malloy becomes a private citizen. Also, new 45th district rep Brian Lanoue gets sworn in for his first term….Connecticut Gov.-elect Ned Lamont says he’s keeping nine of outgoing Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s state agency heads. Lamont, who will be sworn in Wednesday, announced the list Monday. Lamont has nominated new commissioners for the Department of Corrections. Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, and the Department of Transportation.
