KILLINGLY RESIDENT STATE TROOPERS MAKE HOME INVASION ARREST

On Sunday evening, 5/6/18, Troopers assigned to the Killingly Resident Troopers Office and Troop D Danielson investigated the report of an active disturbance at a residence on State Avenue in Killingly. Prior to State Police arrival the accused, 37 year old Kristy Phillips fled the scene in a vehicle. The incident involved an unwanted person (Kristy Phillips) gaining entry to a residence which she did not live at. While she was inside the residence a physical assault occurred, property was damaged and death threats were made to the occupants.
After an investigation, Phillips was located by State Troopers at her residence on Snake Meadow Road in Killingly, Connecticut. Phillips was arrested and charged with:
Home Invasion Disorderly Conduct Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree Crim. Attempt / Assault 2nd Assault 3rd Threatening 2nd
Phillips was held on a $100,000 cash / surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Danielson Court on 05/07/2018 at 9 A.M.
