Meet Joe Black.
The 41 year old Mr. Black was arrested on June 14th in the borough after an altercation with another individual (who was not identified) at their apartment complex located at 7 South Main St. Black was taken into custody and held on a $5000 bond, and was held after Black unable to make bond.
You may have noticed Black walking around the borough of Jewett City in the last year, usually wearing his trademark baseball cap, and he doesn’t come without a little bit of drama. Black has been ejected and banned from numerous business establishments in Jewett City. Walgreens Pharmacy and Dean’s Corner Diner for starters.
Black will return to court on 7/29 for a pre trial
