JCDPU Closing Office to Customer Traffic During Pandemic

Starting on Thursday, March 19, the Jewett City Department of Public Utilities will be closing their doors to customer traffic. According to JCDPU Director Ken Sullivan, “We want to make sure that our staff remains healthy.”
The office will close to customer traffic indefinitely.
“We will remain open to customers until the close of business on March 18. The office will remain fully staffed throughout the outbreak” Bills can still be paid via mail, calling with a credit/debit card, or the bill pay option on www.jewettcitydpu.com.
The dropbox outside the front door of JCDPU will be able to accept payments 24 hours a day. If you have any questions, please call 860-376-2955
