Uncas Health District has been steadfast in its coverage and directive when it comes to COVID-19 and some of the restrictions that have been put in place by the State Department of Health and Gov. Ned Lamont.
At SNSN, we had a few questions that we hadn’t heard anyone ask yet. One was regarding the metrics of new infections and the quantity of them in the state. Some residents will test, and if it comes back positive, you are required to quarantine for 2 weeks or until you have a negative test. Some people are testing multiple times and multiple times coming in as positive. We asked if he thought the numbers were inflated when the same person tests positive, multiple times.
