I-95 State Police Pursuit Finds Moosup Woman and Passenger Charged With Larceny

Connecticut State Police conducted a vehicle stop due to motor vehicle violations, as well as the car being identified as stolen. The accused, 28 year old John Rogers of Hartford engaged State Police in pursuit which damaged 2 State Police cruisers prior to Rogers being apprehended. Rogers was already on parole and as a result of this incident, was taken into custody and sent to the Department of Corrections. Bond was set at $100,000 as a result of multiple charges being levied. The passanger, 34 year old Staci Trudeau, of North Main St, Moosup was also charged with 3rd degree larceny and released on $5,000 bond.Rogers is due in court July 6th and Trudeau will be in court on July 20 to answer to their charges.
