Homegrown Marijuana Leads to Arrest of Willimantic Man

Police arrested Mark O’Donnell, 44, of Willimantic on Monday, June 27, for allegedly growing marijuana in his home. Responding to the home, police seized 48 marijuana plants, lighting and growing materials.

O’Donnell has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal cultivation of marijuana.

O’Donnell is being held on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on July 6th.
