Hartford Man Caught With Stolen Car Also Has Outstanding Warrants

On 2/7/2018 at approximately 2:53 PM, Troop D Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 14 in Canterbury. When Troopers arrived on scene, they learned that the car had been stolen during a carjacking that took place in Manchester on 02/06/2018. Troopers also learned that the operator had fled the scene on foot. A State Police K9 Unit arrived on scene and after a lengthy track, the suspect was located and arrested. The suspect was identified as 18 year old Seth Neborsky of Hartford and was found to have four active arrest warrants for Failure to Appear. Neborsky was transported back to Troop D where he was processed and charged with (4) counts of Failure to Appear, Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief, Interfering with a Police Officer, Evading the Scene of an Accident, Operating without Insurance, Operating without a License, Operating an Unregister Motor vehicle, Improper Passing and Failure to Drive in the Proper Lane. Neborsky was held on a combined $250,000 cash/surety bond and is due in Danielson Superior Court on 02/08/2018.
