Fugitive Arrested for Failure to Appear Has Drug Charges Added

img_20161222_045318 On December 21, 2016 at approximately 10:34 P.M., the Plainfield Police Department arrested Michael Roca-Rivera  on two felony warrants for Failure to Appear 1st Degree and Two Counts of Possession of Narcotics. The Plainfield Police Department had information that the accused was staying at 242 Pond Hill Road in the Moousp section of Plainfield, CT, and the accused was subsequently located at that address. Upon taking the accused into custody on the felony warrants, a search of his person revealed that he was in possession of bags of heroin and prescription Suboxone which he was not prescribed to. The accused, Michael Roca-Rivera  was processed and held of a $ 100,000 bond for the felony warrants and a $2500 bond for the counts of possession of narcotics and is scheduled to appear at the Danielson Superior Court on 12/22/2016
