The victim called 911 to report her former boyfriend, whom she had a protective order against, was trying to gain entry into her home by ripping out her air conditioner. Troopers arrived on scene within moments and found 30 year old Joey Garcia ┬ástanding outside the victim’s home highly intoxicated. An investigation revealed that Garcia had violated a “no contact” protective order and had caused a disturbance at the victim’s house by trying to pull out an air conditioner. Garcia was placed under arrest and brought to Troop D where he was charged with Violation of a Protective Order and Disorderly Conduct. Garcia was held on a $5,000 cash/surety bond and appeared in Danielson court on 09/27/2018.
