Danielson Arrest During Narcotics Search

Danielson, CT (February 18, 2016): The Troop D-Danielson Quality of Life Task Force (QLTF) arrested two people during the execution of a Search and Seizure warrant.

On 02/17/2016 at approximately 6:15 pm, Troopers from the QLTF, Troop D, and Officers from the Putnam Police Department executed two narcotics related Search and Seizure warrants at 22 Pearl Avenue, Putnam, CT.

The search warrants were issued as part of an on-going synthetic marijuana trafficking investigation.  Through the course of the investigation Troopers developed information that indicated Tisha-Lynette Hirst was actively utilizing her residence in order to store, process, and sell synthetic marijuana.

As Troopers and officers conducted the search, they located and seized numerous bags of synthetic marijuana pre-packaged for sale.  Also located at the residence was Tad Elie who had an active warrant for his arrest.

Tisha-Lynette Hirst was taken into custody and transported to Troop D where she was processed and released on bond pending her court date.

Tad Elie was also taken into custody and transported to Troop D where he was processed and held on bond pending his court date.

The synthetic marijuana was seized and transported to Troop D where it was held as evidence.

 

Arrested #1: Tisha-Lynette Hirst (dob 09/26/1989) 22 Pearl Avenue Putnam, CT

CHARGES:  Possession of Narcotics Possession of Narcotics W/Intent to Sell

 

Court:          Danielson Superior Court March 3, 2016

BOND:        $25,000 non/surety

 

Arrested #2: Tad Elie (dob 09/19/1991) 22 Thayer Street Putnam, CT

CHARGES: Strangulation 2nd Degree Unlawful Restraint Risk of Injury

Court:         Danielson Superior Court

February 18, 2016

BOND:        $75,000 non/surety
