COVID-19 Hospitilizations Continue to Lessen In Connecticut

Coronavirus is still impacting Connecticut however the numbers are indicating that we may be starting to be on the other side of things here in Connecticut. On Sunday May 2, the 10th straight day of less hospitalizations were recorded with a reduction of 41 with a total of 1551 residents still with the virus in Connecticut hospitals.
Another key indicator is the percentage of tested residents dropping as well. Last week, Connecticut was at 31.50% of all tests being positive. That number has dropped to 28.57% with a total of 102,493 tests given with 29,287 being positive.
