Connecticut State Police Need Help Identifying Accident Victim

Troop I is attempting to identify a male party who was a passenger in a serious motor vehicle accident. The accident occurred at approximately 0300 hours on 7/3/19 on RTE 8 S/B at Exit 17.
The male is described as a black male approximately 40 years old, 6’00” and 160 pounds.
He has a heart tattoo on his right arm and “JABA” tattooed on his left forearm with more writing that is bandaged over.
He was wearing black jeans over multicolored pajama bottoms and black Nike Jordan sneakers.
This party and the operator of the vehicle are unable to speak with investigators at this time.
