Central Village Valero Gas Station Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

On November 25, 2016, the Plainfield Police Department arrested 21-year-old Cody H. Lester of Moosup, Connecticut on a warrant for Robbery in the first degree and Larceny in the sixth degree stemming from the robbery that occurred on October 12, 2016 at the Valero Gas Station in Central Village, Connecticut.
On October 12, 2016, the Plainfield Police Department responded to the Valero Gas Station located at 50 East Main Street in the Central Village of Plainfield, Connecticut after receiving reports that an armed robbery occurred. After conducting an extensive investigation, the Plainfield Police Department was able to track down the suspect, Cody H. Lester (W/M DOB: 4/20/1995). An interview was conducted with Lester, who confessed to committing the offense.
Lester was also arrested for committing another armed robbery at the Best Way Gas Station, located at 2 Prospect Street, in the Moosup section of Connecticut.
Lester is currently being held on a $100,000.00 bond set by the Honorable Judge J. Fischer and was arraigned at the State of Connecticut Superior Court, Windham District Geographical Area 11, on November 25, 2016.
