Central Village Man Served Arrest Warrant for Sexual Assault While Currently In Jail

On July 11, 2017, the Plainfield Police Department began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault of a 15 year old female at the Central Cycle Club located in the Central Village.

The victim reported that while staying at the cycle club during an over-night event she woke to the accused, twenty-five year old Shane Boucher of Central Village, sexually assaulting her. After a lengthy investigation an arrest warrant was secured for Boucher.

On September 12, 2017 Shane Boucher, who is currently incarcerated on other multiple charges including drug possession, failure to appear, and probation violations, was arrested at the Danielson Superior Court and charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and Risk of Injury to a Minor – Illegal Sexual Contact. Boucher was held on a $65,000 court set bond and will be presented on this day.
