Central Village Man Arrested for Violation of Criminal Protective Order

On October 4, 2018 at approximately 5:01 P.M., the Plainfield Police Department arrested Brandon Daniels, 23, of Central Village, Connecticut. Daniels had an active court issued arrest warrant for Violation of a Criminal Protective Order.
Officers attempted to serve the arrest warrant at Daniels residence. Upon making contact with Daniels he attempted to flee on foot into his residence. Daniels then actively resisted Officers and after a brief struggle was placed under arrest.
Daniels was transported to the Plainfield Police Department without further incident.
Daniels was charged with Violation of a Criminal Protective Order for which he was released on a court set Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in court on October 5, 2018.
Daniels was additionally charged with Interfering with Police and released on a $2500.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 9, 2018.
