Car Takes Out Pole In the Borough, Some Customers Without Power For A While

There has been a single car accident on Anthony St which has taken out a utility pole.  Ken Sullivan of JCDPU states that Frontier Communications had to come out and replace the pole.

The accident has caused a power outage and JCDPU reps state power in the area will be out until approximately 2am, Sunday morning.

According to Ken Sullivan of JCDPU, the outage on Anthony St will last until approximately 3am Sunday morning.  A car hit the utility pole in the vicinity of 24 Anthony St, and the driver was charged worth DUI. More as it comes available
