Last night at approximately 6:30 PM, an accident occurred near the Preston Fire Station. The first car had stopped at a red light, when a car behind it rear-ended it. While the rear-ended vehicle is still operable, the car that crashed was totaled. Nobody involved in the accident was injured. Police were on the scene within minutes, and members of the fire department let the drivers and passengers into the station where it was significantly more dry.
The weather that night consisted of heavy rain. The rain most likely had huge impact on the accident. For local weather forecasts, listen to Wolverine Radio 20/20 Weather Forecast on 1690 WJGP or visit wolverine-radio.com.
