ATM Skimmer Possible Suspects

STATE TROOPERS SEEK INFO ON CANTERBURY & MOOSUP SAVINGS INSTITUTE BANK ATM SKIMMING After the Canterbury and Moosup branches of the Savings Institute Bank received complaints of customers having fraudulent charges on their accounts it was determined that an ATM skimming device was placed on the ATMs of both locations during the time period of January 7-8th and again January 14-16th. In both cases the device was installed by a white male suspect and removed by a black male suspect. The Connecticut State Police and the Plainfield Police Department ask that anyone with information please contact Tpr.
