Arrests Made in Tilcon Equipment Theft in Wauregan

On December 17, 2017, the Plainfield Police Department received a complaint from Tilcon, located on All Hallows Road in the Wauregan section of Plainfield, reporting a large amount of steel equipment, estimated at approximately $6,700.00, stolen from the business property.
After a lengthy investigation conducted by the Plainfield Police Department, arrest warrants were submitted to the Danielson superior Court, GA-11.
The warrants were subsequently approved and on May 22, 2018 members of the Plainfield Police Department arrested Kevin Richmond (w/m, age 38) and Jason Gallow (w/m, age 42).
Gallow was charged with Larceny in the Third Degree, Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, and Criminal Impersonation. Richmond was charged with Larceny in the Third Degree and Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.
Richmond and Gallow are currently being held on a $15,000.00 cash/surety bond at the Plainfield Police Department pending their arraignment on May 23, 2018.
