Armed Robbers Flee on Bicycle

The Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in Willimantic was the scene of an armed robbery around 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning. The employee of the store notified police of the robbery and that the suspect was fleeing the scene on a bicycle being driven by an unidentified male.
Police were able to locate the suspects on a bicycle a short time later and arrested 26-year-old Kiara Wilson and 53-year-old Daniel Henderson, both of Willimantic. Wilson is charged with robbery, breach of peace, larceny and threatening and is being held on $150,000 bond. Henderson is charged with conspiracy to commit both robbery and larceny and is being held on $100,000 bond. Both suspects are being held at Willimantic Police Headquarters pending court appearance in Danielson Superior Court on Friday.
