The Griswold Wolverines had a field day so to speak against the Wheeler Lions today. In Softball action, Griswold got a complete game victory out of Mya Waldron, striking out 2 and walking only one batter as the Lady Wolverines win 7-2. The game was much closer than the score would indicate since the Wolverines scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth against a Wheeler pitcher who was starting to tire. Sam Muller walked 3 Wolverine batters to get into trouble.
In Baseball, it wasn’t so close as Griswold gets the victory 14-0. Griswold also defeated Wheeler in Girls Varsity Lacrosse.
